Branded event app
Your colours, fonts and logo. Your screen names, in your order, with the empty ones hidden. A home screen you arrange, pages you write, and handouts attendees can open. Every change is live for attendees the moment you save.
Day 1 · Marina Hall
Welcome to Summit 26
Why it matters
Attendees open it before they arrive and all through the day. If it looks generic, or shows screens with nothing in them, that is what they remember.
Your colour, type and logo are what make it "our event app" rather than an app you rented.
An Exhibitors tab on an event with no exhibitors makes the whole app feel unfinished.
It is the one screen every attendee definitely sees, so it should point at what this event needs first.
A shuttle timetable, a code of conduct, a catalogue. They belong in the app, not in an email thread.
What you can change
Set a brand colour, light or dark mode, corner shape, heading and body fonts from Google Fonts, your logo and a favicon. A live preview sits beside the form.
Pick one of 32 ready-made looks grouped by event type, or write a short brief and let AI generate a theme. Everything stays editable afterwards.
Rename, reorder or hide any screen, in the bottom tabs and the side menu. "Agenda" can be "Programme". "Exhibitors" can be "Marketplace".
Start from a template, then add and reorder widgets: a hero, quick actions, the next sessions, the latest announcement, or your own HTML.
Add your own screens with rich content and embeds, and place them in the tabs or the menu beside the built-in ones.
Upload PDF handouts, each public or for signed-in attendees only, and share any of them by a link you can revoke later.
How it works
Four screens in the dashboard. There is no separate publish step for any of them: attendees see a change as soon as you save it.
Apply a gallery theme or generate one, then set your brand colour, fonts, logo and favicon. The header, bottom nav and side menu can each take their own background and text colour.
Keep four or five screens in the bottom tabs and put the rest in the side menu. Rename them, reorder them, and hide the ones this event does not use.
Pick a template, drag widgets into order, and point the quick actions and the floating button at what attendees need first.
Write pages for travel, house rules or a sponsor feature, and upload PDFs. Add each page to the tabs or the menu so attendees can find it.
Beyond the app
Copy an embed snippet for the agenda, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors or announcements. It resizes itself to fit, and the agenda can use a different layout from the app. Embeds are for events that do not require sign-in.
Photo and video albums get their own share link, with an option to allow embedding and an optional expiry date. Turn the link off at any time.
A document's share link opens it in a viewer with a Download button. Revoke the link without touching the document itself.
For the organizing team
Most of what you set here cannot break a layout. Where something can, the dashboard says so.
FAQ
As soon as you save. There is no separate publish step for appearance or content. The preview shows unsaved changes, so press Save before checking on a phone.
Yes. Appearance is versioned: every save is kept and can be restored. Generating a theme changes nothing for attendees until you save it.
You write a brief of eight short lines: occasion, mood, base, accent, surfaces, type, motion and signature. The generator turns it into a complete look. A wizard can write the brief for you, and every theme in the gallery comes from a brief you can open and edit.
No. You choose the mode for the whole app, so the event looks the same to everyone.
No. Hiding removes the screen from the navigation, but someone with a direct link may still open it. To restrict access, use attendee feature access, turn off a share link, or unpublish the content.
Yes. NookPass opens in the browser, and attendees can add it to their home screen. It then opens straight into your event under your event's name. The home-screen icon itself stays the NookPass icon.
Appearance and navigation are part of every event. Custom pages, HTML widgets and documents are plan features, switched on for your event by its plan. Ask us which plan includes what you need.
