Why printed programmes fail
Speakers are delayed, rooms are swapped and lunch runs late at every event that has ever happened. The printed programme cannot be reissued, so from the first change onwards your attendees are working from a document you know to be wrong.
Five tracks in five halls is five chances to be in the wrong room. The schedule has to be personal before it is useful.
A room change is only handled if every attendee learns about it — which means an announcement on their phone, not a sign taped to a door.
Attendees rarely read a programme end to end. They ask what is happening now and what is next.

Attendees save the sessions they intend to attend, and Favorite sessions on their Me screen opens the agenda filtered to just those.

Attendees search the programme by title, speaker or topic. With the AI Agenda Search add-on, a search like “morning keynote” finds the right sessions even when the words are not side by side.
Where you run Live Q&A, questions are asked and upvoted from the session they belong to, so the agenda is also the way to the microphone.
Times are entered and shown in the event's time zone. You type 09:00 and attendees in the hall see 09:00, whatever their phone is set to.

No. Smart paste reads the programme from pasted text, a PDF or a screenshot of a printed programme and gives you a draft to check before saving. Speakers can be imported from a CSV.
Yes. Copy one snippet onto your site and it shows the live agenda in your event's theme — sessions you publish appear there without touching the snippet again. Each snippet can use its own layout. Embeds are only served for events that do not require sign-in.
